By accessing or using Khoshah, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Platform Role

Khoshah is a local online marketplace for buying, selling, and discovering opportunities in Afghanistan. We do not participate in transactions, payments, deliveries, or meetings between users.

2. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for:

  • The accuracy of their ads/posts

  • Communication with other users

  • Any transaction or agreement made

All interactions are at your own risk.

3. Guest & Registered Users

Users may post ads as guests or registered users. Users may edit or delete their ads at any time.

4. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal goods or services

  • Weapons or explosives

  • Drugs or controlled substances

  • Adult or sexual services

  • Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive ads

Khoshah may remove such content without notice.

5. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their content. By posting an ad, you grant Khoshah permission to display it on the platform.

6. Ad Removal

Khoshah reserves the right to:

  • Remove ads

  • Suspend accounts

  • Restrict access

Without prior notice if terms are violated.

7. Advertising & Monetization

Khoshah may display:

  • Featured listings

  • Sponsored content

  • Admin-posted ads

  • Third-party advertisements

8. Limitation of Liability

Khoshah is not responsible for:

  • Financial losses

  • Scams or fraud

  • Physical harm

  • Disputes between users

9. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
